Queue at Morad

Current Information on Appointments with the Maritime Administration of Ukraine: New Rules and Morad Queue

With recent changes to the service system of the Maritime Administration of Ukraine (Morad), visitors are strongly advised to carefully follow the appointment process for document submission and collection. Particular attention should be paid to the changes introduced in March 2024.

The online booking system on the Morad website, while still operational, is experiencing a significant influx of applicants, resulting in no available slots for the next two weeks. Securing a spot in Morad’s electronic queue has become akin to a lottery, as slots are randomly allocated in the evening after 5:00 PM, forcing citizens to spend considerable time waiting on the website.

At the same time, with the cancellation of the “same-day” appointment system without prior online booking, citizens must gather at the terminal at Odesa, Uspenska Street, 4, starting at 5:00 AM. Individuals manually register their names on a paper list, which allows them to later obtain tickets for document submission at the terminal. It’s important to note that these tickets may be scheduled for any date, including dates a week or more ahead.

According to available information, only 30-40 people who gather at the terminal daily can expect to receive tickets. Considering that queues may already consist of 50-60 people by the time the terminal opens, those arriving later have minimal chances of obtaining a ticket the same day.

The use of the Diia application and a Ukrainian phone number remains mandatory for online booking. Each booking session is open for 60 minutes, and users must actively refresh the page to check for available slots.

Additionally, even after your qualification documents appear in your personal account on the Morad website as PDFs, obtaining the original documents may take extra time.

We urge all visitors to the Maritime Administration of Ukraine to monitor current information and plan their visits in advance to minimize possible inconveniences.
