State Enterprise ‘Document’ resumed accepting applications for the issuance of Ukrainian passports for men
A long-awaited news for Ukrainian citizens: the foreign branches of State Enterprise “Document” have resumed accepting applications for the issuance of Ukrainian passports for men. State Enterprise “Document” provides services for the issuance and exchange of passport documents, ensuring citizens have the necessary identification even abroad.
Since July 24, 2024, the foreign branches of State Enterprise “Document” have resumed accepting applications for passport documents for men. To obtain services, verification must be completed via the “Reserve+” application of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine using a QR code confirming the presence of valid military documents. The QR code is generated only if the person is registered in the system. If the application displays any of the following statuses, submitting an application and receiving the passport is not possible:
- Insufficient data
- Contact the TCK (Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support)
- Wanted
- Violation of military registration rules

- Poland: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk
- Spain: Madrid, Valencia
- Czech Republic: Prague
- Slovakia: Bratislava
- Italy: Milan
Services:
- Issuance of ID card or passport
- Exchange of ID card or passport: in case of expiration, data changes, or damage
- Exchange of 1994 passport for ID card: upon request or if the old document is unusable
