Starting August 8, the MRS in POLAND project was launched, offering computerized qualification tests for seafarers (CES-6.0 version), followed by the issuance of a Certificate signed by the State Qualification Commission for Seafarers at the Ukrainian Maritime Administration. The tests are conducted in Warsaw.
Warsaw is a city with a rich history and culture, where every corner pulses with life and art. Take a moment to relax, explore Warsaw, and recharge for new achievements.
The exams are conducted in accordance with Ukrainian regulations, particularly the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 734 of June 30, 2021, which launched the pilot project for computerized testing to confirm the qualifications of seafarers and students from maritime higher and secondary vocational institutions.
To participate in the testing, an application must be submitted, and the service fee paid, with funds transferred to Ukraine.
After registering with the State Qualification Commission for Seafarers (GKKM), candidates will receive an electronic invitation to take the test within 5 days. If the participant cannot attend on the scheduled date, a one-time rescheduling is possible. To reschedule, contact +380671559958.
